Meet Your Teacher

I have been an Ankeny Spanish and French teacher since 1991! I love helping students who are just beginning their study of Spanish. My husband and I have 3 children. We enjoy traveling, and this past summer we spent nearly 2 months in Rome, Italy. Learning Italian is a new personal goal of mine. I have also traveled to Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Quebec, Canada. In our Spanish classes this year we will "pretend" to visit several Spanish-speaking countries as you prepare for your second year in Spanish. ¡Buena Suerte! Good Luck to all Spanish One students!
